RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Products All our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this personalized production process, we have a limited return policy.

What We Accept for Returns We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged items: Product arrives damaged during shipping
  • Defective items: Product has manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Wrong item: You received an item different from what you ordered
  • Missing items: Part of your order didn't arrive

What We Do NOT Accept for Returns Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by customer
  • Minor color variations (slight differences between screen display and printed product are normal)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under our policy, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or error
  • A detailed description of the issue

Our Review Process We will review your request and photos within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will:

  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. You do not need to pay for return shipping on approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
